Refund and Dispute Policy
At RICCO Events, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service for every event. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change of plans.
No Refund Policy
RICCO Events maintains a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all services including event management, sound rental, light rental, and any associated logistics or third-party arrangements.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team is committed to addressing genuine concerns professionally and will work with you to find a fair and reasonable resolution. However, the resolution will not include a monetary refund.
Force Majeure
In cases where events are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we may offer service rescheduling or credit toward future bookings at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.
